Operon AI — HackaNation · ADAPTA + SKIP
Onboarding and credit run across a chain of external providers — OCR, KYC, AML, bureaus, core banking. When one degrades, the damage is silent: SLAs slip, cases pile up, customers drop off, and nobody finds out until the monthly report. Operations are observed in dashboards, but decided in the dark.
An AI Operating System for onboarding and credit operations: a digital twin that observes events in real time, diagnoses root cause with evidence and confidence scores, simulates every action with what-if scenarios, ranks decisions through MCDA governance and an agent Decision Constitution, then executes with plan → apply → verify and rollback — all on an immutable audit trail.
